STEP 3
So the milk is boiled over low heat for about 3-4 hours, while the pan must be open. Periodically you need to skim off the foam that forms on the surface of the milk.
STEP 4
After the specified time, the excess liquid will evaporate and the milk will become creamy.
STEP 5
The milk is ready! It can be drunk or used in baking or making sauces.

oh, I somehow ended up with baked milk when I forgot to turn off the stove and saucepan. As a result, the milk simmered on low heat for 2.5 hours, it acquired a pleasant caramel shade and was very tasty
