A very healthy, appetizing and traditional dish! I tried pollock instead of cod with the addition of special spices for fish, there seemed to be no difference. However, cod gives more flavor. The family ate it with sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup - basically everything :) For the delicious dinner, I thank the authors of both the recipe and the photographs!!!
