Baked chicken drumsticks in the oven

Ruddy, tasty, with a crispy crust. For the whole family. Baked chicken drumsticks in the oven with lemon and paprika can be served both for a family dinner and for a holiday table. Fragrant and appetizing, such drumsticks are not at all difficult to make, and their taste is not inferior to more complex and refined dishes.

What would a feast be without chicken legs) I almost always cook chicken or some parts of it for the holidays) I was looking for an interesting recipe on the website and found this one, using not only lemon juice, but also the lemons themselves. I liked the marinade, but I didn’t add parsley; from my own experience I know that greens burn in the oven; it’s better to sprinkle chopped parsley on the finished dish. I also like to add paprika to the marinade; it gives it a beautiful color and improves the taste. I marinated the drumsticks for almost a day, shaking the container periodically so that the marinade was well distributed and the meat was soaked. While baking, I was struck by the strong lemon aroma coming from the oven. Apparently lemon slices have this effect. And by the way, all the meat was saturated with a lemon smell, this is unusual and very pleasant! The drumsticks turned out juicy, aromatic, and tasty. The marinade is excellent, the addition of fresh lemons is a godsend. Thank you!

A simple, quick and delicious dish! One small remark: if you don’t just chop the potatoes, but cut them into 5-6 mm discs, it will turn out not only tasty, but also beautiful.
