STEP 1
How to make baked apples with cottage cheese in a slow cooker? Take all the products on the list.

Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 5 minutes. Drain and dry the raisins with a paper towel.
STEP 3
Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve. It is better to choose cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 5% and soft, without dry grains, so that it can be easily turned into a homogeneous mass.

Using a whisk, beat the yolk with sugar.
STEP 5
Mix the pureed cottage cheese with the yolk-sugar mixture, add vanilla sugar and pre-steamed raisins.
STEP 6
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut out the core of the apples so as not to pierce the apples through.
STEP 7
Fill the apples with curd mixture and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
STEP 8
Place the stuffed apples in a multi-cooker bowl, bake them in the “Bake” or “Multi-Cook” mode for 15-20 minutes with the valve open. Times and modes are approximate; be guided by your multicooker and the size of the apples.
