    STEP 1

How to make baked apples with cottage cheese in a slow cooker? Take all the products on the list.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 5 minutes. Drain and dry the raisins with a paper towel.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve. It is better to choose cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 5% and soft, without dry grains, so that it can be easily turned into a homogeneous mass.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Using a whisk, beat the yolk with sugar.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix the pureed cottage cheese with the yolk-sugar mixture, add vanilla sugar and pre-steamed raisins.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Using a sharp knife, carefully cut out the core of the apples so as not to pierce the apples through.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Fill the apples with curd mixture and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the stuffed apples in a multi-cooker bowl, bake them in the “Bake” or “Multi-Cook” mode for 15-20 minutes with the valve open. Times and modes are approximate; be guided by your multicooker and the size of the apples.

Great recipe. I really liked that there was no oven required. I prepared baked apples with cottage cheese in a slow cooker according to this recipe. Everything is extremely simple. First, I combined cottage cheese with yolk and sugar for the filling. I didn’t add raisins for my own reasons. I cut out the middle of the apples, put the filling, and sprinkled ground cinnamon on top to make it more beautiful. I put it in the slow cooker and voila! I baked it in the multicooker in the baking mode for 15 minutes, opening the valve. By the way, if the valve is not opened, the apples will simply explode! Baked apples with cottage cheese are not only beautiful and aromatic, but also very tasty and juicy. The apples baked perfectly in the slow cooker, they came out tender and soft, but not mushy. Delicious! I will cook this way again and recommend it to everyone! Many thanks to the author!
