STEP 1

How to bake apples with cinnamon in the oven? Prepare your ingredients. You can take any apples. If they are too sour, add more sugar - and vice versa. The most suitable ones are juicy, sweet and sour, of the same size. Wash the apples well and dry.
STEP 2

In a separate bowl, combine sugar with vanilla sugar, ground cinnamon and stir.
STEP 3

Using a small narrow knife, cut off the top of the apples near the tail in the shape of a funnel. Carefully remove a little pulp from the apples with a knife or spoon, being careful not to damage the walls, as juice will leak out of the apple through the punctures in the walls.
STEP 4

Pour the prepared dry mixture of sugar and cinnamon inside the apples.
STEP 5

Place a piece of butter on top.
STEP 6

Place the apples in a baking dish and cover them with the previously cut apple “lids”.
STEP 7

Boil water and pour into the mold with the apples. Bake the apples with cinnamon in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 20-30 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.
STEP 8

Remove the finished apples from the mold and serve while they are hot. Bon appetit!
