  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

If you don't know how to make vanilla pudding yet, then this recipe is for you. We take products according to the list.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour almost all the milk into the pan - reserve 6 tablespoons. Place the pan on the fire and bring the milk to a boil.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour 6 tablespoons of cold milk (which we left) into a separate container. Add starch and mix.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Then add sugar.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Add vanillin.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Next, beat in one egg.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Beat the mixture using a whisk or mixer.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour the resulting mixture into boiling milk, mixing everything thoroughly with a whisk.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Cook everything until thickened for five minutes over low heat with constant stirring until the mass acquires a soft creamy color. Make sure that it does not burn or form lumps. Actually, that's all - our vanilla pudding is ready to eat. All that remains is to put it into beautiful bowls and cool it in the refrigerator.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Sometimes I use molds in the form of different figures for this - the kids like it. Tip the frozen pudding onto a plate, pour your choice of syrup, jam, caramel, heated honey or sprinkle with grated chocolate. It can also be decorated with fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, red currants, etc. This pudding will also go well with sweet fruits, for example, fresh or canned peaches, cut into slices.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

    Bon appetit!

I'm so glad I found this recipe! I paid attention to it thanks to the positive reviews. Baby vanilla pudding is prepared very quickly. Products for him are always at hand. I beat eggs with milk, starch and sugar by hand, without using a mixer. Instead of vanillin I use vanilla sugar. The pudding turns out to be very, very tasty, with a very delicate structure and a light vanilla aroma. The only thing is that immediately after adding the mixture with starch and egg to boiling milk, my mixture becomes thick and does not change color, no matter how much I cook. But I still cook, as the author advises, for about 5 minutes. I will definitely say that adults like this children’s pudding no less than children))) This recipe is in demand in our family. Many thanks to the author for the wonderful vanilla pudding. Here's my photo report

The recipe is good, very simple and inexpensive, but I smell a little bit of boiled (not baked) milk and egg. Perhaps cocoa or pieces of fruit will correct the situation. Thank you so much for the easy recipe.

A personal cookbook will diversify the menu not only for big food lovers, but also for our little gourmets. And this very easy, healthy and tasty option for preparing a dairy dessert will perfectly complement a cocktail of ground berries and fruits.
