STEP 1
If you don't know how to make vanilla pudding yet, then this recipe is for you. We take products according to the list.
STEP 2
Pour almost all the milk into the pan - reserve 6 tablespoons. Place the pan on the fire and bring the milk to a boil.
STEP 3
Pour 6 tablespoons of cold milk (which we left) into a separate container. Add starch and mix.
STEP 4
Then add sugar.
STEP 5
Add vanillin.
STEP 6
Next, beat in one egg.
STEP 7
Beat the mixture using a whisk or mixer.
STEP 8
Pour the resulting mixture into boiling milk, mixing everything thoroughly with a whisk.
STEP 9
Cook everything until thickened for five minutes over low heat with constant stirring until the mass acquires a soft creamy color. Make sure that it does not burn or form lumps. Actually, that's all - our vanilla pudding is ready to eat. All that remains is to put it into beautiful bowls and cool it in the refrigerator.
STEP 10
Sometimes I use molds in the form of different figures for this - the kids like it. Tip the frozen pudding onto a plate, pour your choice of syrup, jam, caramel, heated honey or sprinkle with grated chocolate. It can also be decorated with fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, red currants, etc. This pudding will also go well with sweet fruits, for example, fresh or canned peaches, cut into slices.
