I completely forgot to share my impressions, the apples turned out just right, but somehow the dough didn’t work out very well for me. When I mixed eggs with butter and flour, I got a strong and sticky lump that did not want to mix with milk. Conclusion: it's better to do the opposite. Besides, I didn’t see any point in whipped egg whites. But this is my IMHO, maybe it was just a bad day. In any case, the result turned out good, I just had to be nervous during the preparation process

Katya, I completely agree with you - you can separate the whites and not beat them, of course, whipped whites will give more airiness to the dough, but nevertheless, even without whipping them separately, it turns out very tasty and tender, this is also an option for a light snack in a hurry, which kids love very much)
