Anna, the pie is gorgeous!!! So rosy! At night, looking at it so sweetly, I wanted to really love pastries with apples, they are always so fragrant and juicy. And for filling, what kind of sour cream is better to use, fatty or here it doesn’t matter, I just have homemade one, so there’s a spoon in it, it’s like butter, I’m afraid it’s very greasy It works, maybe dilute it with a little milk??

Irisha, I used the usual 15% sour cream, I didn’t try it with homemade thick sour cream, I like to eat it with a spoon straight from the jar!!! I haven’t tried diluting it with milk either, try it, I think the taste won’t spoil, as long as it doesn’t turn out soggy!!! Write back later Irisha how it all turned out!!!
