How to quite simply and quickly prepare fluffy curd cheese pancakes with apples and sugar, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for preparing delicious homemade cottage cheese pancakes with fresh apples.
STEP 2

To prepare cheesecakes, take a large bowl and place five hundred grams of cottage cheese in it, then pour half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, forty grams of semolina and fifty grams of sugar into the bowl.

Break and add one chicken egg to the bowl.
STEP 4

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and set it aside for fifteen minutes for the semolina to swell.
STEP 5

Take a small bowl and pour fifty grams of premium wheat flour into it, then add half a teaspoon of baking powder, salt to taste and mix all the ingredients together.

Pour all dry ingredients into bowl with curd mixture.

Place two small fresh apples or one large one, pre-peeled and cut into small cubes, into a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and set it aside for fifteen minutes.

After time, take the required amount of curd mass, then mold and form the cheesecakes into the required shape.

Dip the formed cheesecakes in a small amount of wheat flour and place on a plate.
STEP 11

Take a suitable frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and turn it on over medium heat.
STEP 12

Place the cheesecakes in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry them over low heat for three minutes on one side, then turn the cheesecakes over and fry them on the other side until golden, covering the pan with a lid.
STEP 13

Place the prepared cheesecakes on portioned plates and serve.
