Ingredients

STEP 1
Mix sour cream, sugar and melted butter. Beat for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 2
Quench the soda with lemon juice and add to the sour cream.
STEP 3
Sift the flour and knead the dough.
STEP 4
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
STEP 5
Add poppy seeds, nuts, cocoa or carob, and raisins to each dough. Stir until smooth.
STEP 6
Draw circles with a diameter of 20 cm on the parchment, turn them over and place the dough on them. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 7
For cream, beat curd cheese. Separately, beat condensed milk with butter. Combine both mixtures and mix with a mixer or whisk, adding vanilla sugar for flavor.
STEP 8
Cut the cakes to one diameter.
STEP 9
Lubricating the cakes with cream, assemble the cake.
STEP 10
The smoother the layers of cream, the smoother the cake in the end.
STEP 11
Cover the cake with cream, level and decorate with nuts.
STEP 12
Let the cake soak for 8 hours.
