Sauerkraut salad
Sauerkraut can not only be a completely independent dish, but also an excellent ingredient for preparing others. The simplest and most affordable of them consists of two or three vegetables: main onion and onion. As a rule, neither salt nor pepper is added to such a salad, because all this is already present in the sauerkraut. Just like carrots.
