Since early childhood, the kitchen has been the heart of our home. I remember how my grandmother taught me how to knead dough, and my mother generously shared recipes for family dishes. These moments filled me with a love for food and cooking. Traveling around the world, I absorbed the flavors and traditions of different cuisines, which inspired me to experiment. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. No complications, only joy and creativity! May everyone find a source of happiness and warmth in cooking, as it was in my family.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry & Baking Arts at Institute of Culinary Education.
