Isla Johnson

Since childhood, I remember the aroma of my grandmother’s cookies, which filled the house with warmth and comfort. Every Sunday we would gather as a family for lunch, and that's where I fell in love with cooking. Traveling around the world, I discovered a wealth of flavors: the spice of Indian curries, the freshness of Mediterranean dishes, the sweetness of Latin American desserts. My goal is to convey to everyone that anyone can cook, and that it is simple, accessible and incredibly enjoyable. Let the kitchen become a place of creativity and unity with loved ones!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at American College Dublin.
