Well, here I am, ready. Yes, it's a long process. It took half an hour to prepare, but it took eight hours to dry, not three. And I had to leave the skin on the tomatoes, since I did it the first time. as in the recipe without the skin and the tomatoes spread on the baking sheet.

I’ve never tried to make these tomatoes myself, but when we come to visit a friend, she always treats us to this yummy dish. Thanks to your recipe, I finally decided.
