Yeast dough with water and baking powder for pies

STEP 1
We prepare the necessary products to prepare wonderful yeast dough for pies.
STEP 2
Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of warm boiled water into a measuring mug, then pour fifty grams of sugar into it and add twenty-five grams of fresh pressed yeast.
STEP 3
Place two tablespoons of flour into a mug.
STEP 4
Mix all the ingredients well in a mug and set it aside for fifteen to twenty minutes to activate the yeast.
STEP 5
Break one chicken egg into a large bowl.
STEP 6
Pour one teaspoon of salt into a bowl.
STEP 7
Pour fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into a bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 8
After fifteen minutes, pour the well-risen dough into a bowl.
STEP 9
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl until smooth.
STEP 10
Sift five hundred grams of flour into a bowl with a liquid base.
STEP 11
Add five grams of baking powder to a common bowl.
STEP 12
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough.
STEP 13
Place the dough on a table sprinkled with a small amount of flour.
STEP 14
Knead the dough well for ten minutes.

Place the dough in a bowl, then grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil and cover it with a plastic bag on top and set it to proof.

After one hour, place the well-proofed dough on the table and knead it into a sausage shape.
STEP 17
We divide the dough into several equal-sized pieces from which we then make flat cakes, after which we put the required amount of prepared filling on each flat cake according to our desire and taste.
STEP 18
We adhere the edges of the flatbreads well with the filling.
STEP 19
We form pies of the desired size and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
STEP 20
If you like, you can bake the pies in the oven.
STEP 21
If you wish and taste, you can fry the pies until golden brown in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil.
