Thanks for the recipe, from the experienced chef himself! Previously, it seemed to me that baking bread was very difficult, but after trying it, I became convinced that even a beginner in cooking can bake bread. In my case, dry yeast behaves better than live yeast and sourdough, so I’ll definitely try your recipe. I really love homemade bread, although I don’t bake it as often as I would like, it takes a lot of time to make bread. The recipe is interesting, I’m just wondering, but the dough should be on the verge of liquid, otherwise the proportions of flour are less than water?
