I remember how, as a child, a fire was burning in my grandmother’s kitchen - not only in the stove, but also in our circle. Cooking together was a family ritual: the aroma of freshly baked bread and baked fish always brought us together. While cooking, I discovered the cultures of different countries: Thai Thai joins a dance with Italian pasta, and Mexican chili embraces Russian borscht. Over the years, the realization has come that cooking should be simple and accessible to everyone. This is exactly what I want to convey to you by sharing my recipes and stories that immerse you in a world of tastes and joy.
