Shura, the biscuit differs from the classic one in its more delicate taste, because it contains only proteins. Try to make it, I think you won’t be disappointed, turn the mold over onto the bottle so that the finished sponge cake doesn’t settle. I keep the whites in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, during which time they *age* and the biscuit turns out more tender!!! Prepare and bon appetit!!!
