It was difficult to knead the dough, observing the proportions suggested by the author of the recipe. And after half an hour it rolled out poorly. To be honest, at first I baked only one roll, I put the second piece of dough aside, I didn’t want to bother with it. But the roll turned out surprisingly tasty, and I decided to give it a second try. And, lo and behold, after lying in the warmth for much longer, the dough became soft and pliable. I took a special photo of how thinly I was able to roll it out; it literally showed through like tissue paper. Despite the difficulties encountered at the very beginning, I give the highest score, because... The roll tastes very good.
