Thick milk pancakes

Thick, filling pancakes are sure to please! I love pancakes with milk – any kind! Especially thick ones. One day, a 13-year-old daughter, while experimenting with pancakes, added enough flour to make the pancakes even bake. She got out of the situation - added a little milk and began baking pancakes. They came out so thick that we were afraid whether they would be tasty. She turned around here too. Having made a sauce from sour cream and sugar, she stewed the pancakes in it, and we praised this food of hers for a long time. Alas, the new culinary recipe was not written down, but I’ll try it from memory.

The child called them “Super pancakes” because they are so thick) In the recipe description it is not clear when to add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. The amount of vanilla sugar is also debatable - I took 1 sachet, because it seems to be large (2 tsp), we also have very small ones... It’s better to indicate in teaspoons. I’ve never added it to pancakes before, but it added such a rich aroma - interesting, but it turns out that it can only be served with a sweet filling.
