STEP 1
In a mixer bowl, sift the flour into warm water, add salt, mix and knead a simple dough.
STEP 2
Roll the finished dough into a ball and leave under the bowl for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
After 30 minutes, roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 millimeters.
STEP 4
Put butter on the rolled out dough and spread it all over the dough.
STEP 5
Roll the dough into a tight roll.
STEP 6
Divide the roll into 6 equal parts
STEP 7
Roll out each piece of dough into a round sheet 2 millimeters thick, 20 centimeters in diameter.
STEP 8
Heat a little vegetable oil in a thick frying pan and put the rolled out flatbread and cover with a lid, turn the heat to low and fry for 3 minutes and turn over and fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 9
Place the finished Katlam flatbread on a platter.
