Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the sausages in half lengthwise and remove the pulp.
STEP 2

Finely chop the pulp, add egg, cheese, garlic, mayonnaise. Mix everything.
STEP 3

Fill the sausages with the resulting minced meat. Fold the sausage halves. Wrap the sausages in dough cut into thin strips. Brush with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
STEP 4

Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bon appetit!
