STEP 1
If the cabbage is very hard, tie it in a bag and leave it somewhere warm for a day (I put it in the refrigerator). Bake the peppers in the oven or microwave until soft, remove the skin. Peel the seeds and cut into small squares. Finely chop the garlic and herbs. Mix everything in a bowl with cottage cheese. Wash the cabbage, lay it out on the board, carefully straightening out all the leaves.

Coat each sheet with filling, starting from the middle.

Knead it well so that the leaves don’t fall apart.
