Since I purchased a manti cooker, I have been using it to cook not only manti, but also dumplings. I am sure that the result will always be 5, because the dough does not tear when steamed, and the filling always remains inside and turns out juicy. My brother dumplings with steamed cabbage are ready! When kneading the dough, I added an egg to the mixture. The owner of the recipe makes round pieces of dough “sausage”, but I have been using a different method for a long time: I roll out a piece of dough into a thin layer and cut out the flatbreads with a culinary ring. It turned out delicious!

Wonderful and very good site. I’ve been looking for such a cookbook online for a long time, a convenient map of recipes, you can add recipes from other sites, otherwise I’m already tired of running through cookbooks and adding pages to bookmarks. There are even tips here... Can you add your own tips? Will my personal recipes be displayed in “all recipes”? There are not enough “steamed” recipes.
