Mash the sprat with a fork

Cook and cool the rice. Place it on top of the sprat.

I'm interested in the recipe: sprat salad in tomato sauce. This sprat itself is delicious, so I decided to try it in a salad. The only thing is that I replaced the mayonnaise with sour cream. I boiled the vegetables and eggs for the salad, cooled them, peeled them and grated them on a coarse grater. I chopped the onion and marinated it in apple cider vinegar. I also grated the pickled cucumbers. The sprat was carefully laid out from the sauce and mashed with a fork. The ingredients were laid out in layers in a ring, coated with sour cream, in the order as the author writes. I put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak. The result was pleasing: a very tasty salad, I didn’t expect it, to be honest. All ingredients combine perfectly with each other, complementing each other's taste! I recommend trying it.
