In fact, it is very gentle and the cream has a fresh aftertaste. A very good recipe.

Oh, how tender it looks! It just seems like you take a bite and the roll melts in your mouth! You can also cook this recipe

Tell me, why do you boil the orange several times?

So that the bitterness goes away. That’s why the water needs to be changed.

The roll didn't work out. The recipe does not indicate the dimensions of the mold. Mine is 20x27 cm. The height of the layer turned out to be about 2 cm. It didn’t curl into a roll and began to tear. I wanted to throw it away, but decided to resuscitate it. I cut the layer into two parts and folded one on top of the other, covering it with cream. Top with cream and sprinkled with grated chocolate. And I made the cream from a bag of vanilla pudding. It's good that I didn't bother with the orange cream. The result is something unappetizing in appearance and tasteless. I used to make rolls from yeast dough, sponge dough - for the first time. I won't do it again.
