STEP 1
Choosing spaghetti for making pesto pasta
STEP 2
Tear the basil leaves and place them in a blender bowl or a container convenient for this.
STEP 3
Add a clove of chopped garlic, pine nuts, salt and pepper to taste, pour in 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil

Grate the cheese on a fine grater

Grind well in a blender into a homogeneous mass.

Add cheese to the resulting paste and stir well

Cut the tomato into cubes

We put water for cooking spaghetti and heat the frying pan, chop two cloves of garlic and put them in the frying pan, pouring 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil into it,

Add the tomato along with the Georgian sauce to the frying pan, stir fry with a spatula over medium heat, adding salt and pepper to taste

Dip the spaghetti into boiled salted water and bring it to cooking, turn off the frying pan and cover it with a lid.

Place tomato paste on a plate and carefully place spaghetti on it

Place pesto sauce on top
