Sour cream and mayonnaise sauce with horseradish and lemon juice

STEP 1
To prepare the simplest (and most delicious, in our family’s opinion) universal sauce, take the simplest set of products: sour cream, mayonnaise, ready-made horseradish (which is sold in the store or prepared at home from grated horseradish, then you need to track its spiciness), mayonnaise (according to If desired, you can get by with just sour cream if you don’t want to add mayonnaise), lemon juice, dill or green onions, a little ground black pepper.
STEP 2
Place thick, fatty sour cream in a bowl for mixing ingredients.
STEP 3
Add horseradish to taste.
STEP 4
Now it’s the turn of mayonnaise (you need high-quality mayonnaise, with a minimum amount of ingredients, homemade if possible), add mayonnaise to the sauce and mix everything.
STEP 5
Add finely chopped dill, pepper with black pepper or a mixture of peppers (even better) from a grinder, sprinkle with squeezed lemon juice to taste. Mix the whole mixture well. That's all: a wonderful, quick sauce for fish cutlets, boiled or steamed fish is ready!
STEP 6
