The plums need to be washed, cut into 4 parts and pits removed. Reserve 1 plum for the final dish
STEP 3
Grind with a blender to a puree, put in a saucepan, add a little sugar and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Place the finished puree (1 tablespoon each) into bowls
STEP 4
Soak gelatin in a small amount of water. Beat the cream with vanilla sugar until stable. Set aside 4-5 tbsp. spoons of whipped cream
STEP 5
Dilute gelatin in a water bath and add to puree. Then mix the remaining puree into the cream in portions.
STEP 6
Fill the bowls with the resulting mass. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
STEP 7
Decorate dessert with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of whipped cream and plum slices. Place in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour or more.
STEP 8
When serving, decorate the dessert with almond petals. That's all, dessert is ready, bon appetit everyone!
