Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 20 mins
STEP 1
Mix all dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar.
STEP 2
In another bowl, beat the egg until foamy.
STEP 3
Add milk, mix.
STEP 4
Add the flour mixture, mix everything (I beat it with a blender) and add melted butter (or 2 tbsp vegetable oil). The dough will be runny.
STEP 5
Bake in a dry frying pan until golden brown. You can spoon it out with a tablespoon or pour it into a bottle with a dispenser.
