Prepare your ingredients. Put the kettle on.

If you have a French press, then put all the products in it except sea buckthorn. If not, put them in a saucepan or large mug.

Also put the sea buckthorn in the press. If you don't have one, put it in a bowl and mash it with a spoon or fork (or a puree masher, blender...) and add it to the rest of the ingredients.

Pour boiling water over it.
