Sausage rolls with cheese

STEP 1
It is better to take a thick sausage, the diameter of which is approximately 10 centimeters. And it should be sliced thinly; you can immediately buy sliced. Peel and chop the garlic by passing it through a crusher. Grate the walnuts on a fine grater, transfer them to a bowl and mix with mayonnaise and garlic, mix everything. Cut the olives into two halves, and the lemon into four, then into thin slices - the thinner the better.
STEP 2
Let's start forming the rolls. We take one circle of sausage - our base. Apply a layer of nut mixture onto it and then place the olive halves in the center, cut side down. Add a little coarsely or finely grated cheese, add 2 slices of lemon and one or two sprigs of herbs.
STEP 3
Roll everything into a tube and secure with a toothpick or skewer. We use all the sausage and all the filling. We place the finished sausage rolls on a flat large dish in a pyramid, additionally decorate with fresh herbs or arrange olives around them.
