STEP 1
How to make sandwiches with tomatoes, cheese and sausage in a multi-baker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for making hot sandwiches. I take boiled sausage. Processed cheese in plates. Medium sized tomato. Bran bread for toast. I prepare closed sandwiches in a multi-baker.
STEP 2
Remove the bread from the packaging and cut into pieces no thicker than a centimeter. Any bread is suitable for hot sandwiches - white, black, whole grain, Borodino, such sandwiches can even be prepared with bread (using a microwave).
STEP 3
Wash the tomato and cut into slices. It is better to choose ripe, not overripe fruits so that the seeds do not fall out prematurely. Remove the cheese and sausage from the packaging, get rid of the skin and film. Any cheese that you have at home or whatever you prefer will probably work. Cut it into thin slices (I have ready-made sandwich slices, it saves time). Cut the sausage into slices as desired. You can also take any sausage to suit your taste.
STEP 4
Place a slice of tomato, cheese, and sausage on a piece of bread. If you are preparing a sandwich in the microwave, it is better to leave the cheese last. I cook in an electric sandwich maker, so I cover the sandwich with another piece of bread. If the sandwiches seem a little dry (although this is unlikely), you can grease the bread with mayonnaise or butter.
STEP 5
Place the sandwiches on the panel, close the lid, press down and turn on the heat. Wait for the ready signal, open the lid and carefully remove the sandwiches onto a plate. To prepare such sandwiches in the microwave or oven, check the readiness of the melted cheese.
STEP 6
Serve the finished sandwiches immediately. In addition, you can offer scrambled eggs and a cup of freshly brewed tea.
