STEP 1
How to make sandwiches with sprats, melted cheese and eggs? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Instead of a baguette, you can use a regular loaf or rye bread. If you wish, you can add finely chopped herbs and garlic passed through a press to the processed cheese.
STEP 2
Cut the baguette diagonally into slices 1-1.5 cm thick.
STEP 3
Remove the sprats from the jar and shake off the oil. If you want to make the dish even cheaper, you can use store-bought sprat pate instead of whole sprats.
STEP 4
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut each egg into thin slices. Instead of cutting the eggs into slices, you can grate them on a fine grater. And in this form, mix with processed cheese. Or place the grated egg on top of the processed cheese.
STEP 5
Spread baguette slices with melted cheese. If desired, you can pre-dry the bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan. But in this case, the bread will definitely need to be cooled to room temperature, otherwise the cheese will float on the warm bread.
STEP 6
Place a slice of boiled egg on each slice of loaf. You can replace or supplement the egg with other vegetables, such as tomatoes, leeks or regular onions, iceberg lettuce, etc.
STEP 7
Place one smoked fish on the sandwiches. Place fresh parsley nearby.
STEP 8
Serve the sandwiches immediately, garnishing with cherry tomatoes. Bon appetit!
