True, I didn’t have the loaf on hand, so I took an ordinary “brick”, it was fresh, even still warm at that moment) I cut off the top crust to make the sandwiches softer. I replaced the mayonnaise with sour cream; I like its combination with garlic better. Bake for 15 minutes. During this time, the bread dried out and the filling “set.” Sprinkled a mixture of ground peppers on top and garnished with green onions. The cheese sandwiches were very tasty to eat, washed down with aromatic coffee.

Sandwiches with cheese and hot loaf were perfect for breakfast! Amazingly delicious recipe! Everyone really liked this breakfast! I grated the cheese on a fine grater, added chopped garlic and added sour cream instead of mayonnaise! I mixed everything and put it on slices of loaf. Bake in the oven at 180° for 15 minutes. Crispy loaf and tender, juicy filling......well, very tasty!!! Thank you very much katushafin for the delicious breakfast!
