I think it will be delicious with rye bread. I took sliced ​​bread, cut the whole loaf yourself.

    Immediately turn on the oven at 200°C - while you are making the preparations, it will have time to warm up. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

    Transfer the grated cheese to a suitable bowl. Peel the garlic. Pass the clove through the cheese press into the salad bowl. You can also chop it or grate it on a fine grater. Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste, I took one clove, you can take more.

    I also decided to add chopped herbs, dill and parsley. If you or your loved ones do not like it, then cook it only with cheese.

    Add mayonnaise to the cheese, mix well. The mass should become flexible enough to be easy to spread. But not liquid - such a spread will drain from the bread when heated. There is no need to add salt - both cheese and mayonnaise already contain salt.

    Spread the cheese-mayonnaise mixture onto the pieces of bread. Do not put too much spread - it will melt and drain from the loaf. Take a baking sheet and cover it with baking paper - this will make it less dirty and the sandwiches will not stick to the bottom. Place sandwiches with spread on paper.

    Bake the sandwiches in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn slightly golden. Serve the finished hot sandwiches to the table immediately.

    I will add that to these sandwiches you can add not only greens for brightness, but also, for example, diced tomatoes, sausage, ham, bell peppers, and cucumbers. My sandwiches have tomatoes on top. Bon appetit!

A sandwich with garlic and cheese mayonnaise is very easy and quick to make, and it turns out incredibly tasty! I made four sandwiches, so I took the same number of slices of white loaf. I used cheddar cheese and grated it on a medium grater. I added a clove of garlic, light mayonnaise and a little fresh dill of my own. I did not add salt to the mixture, as the cheese is quite salty. I spread the pieces of bread with this aromatic mixture and baked them for 10 minutes at 200°. We made wonderful cheese sandwiches for a snack. The loaf slices were fried and crispy. On the contrary, the cheese filling became soft and tender. This is delicious!

I prepared a delicious and satisfying breakfast thanks to the katushafin recipe: a sandwich with garlic mayonnaise and cheese! It's easy and quick to prepare! I grated the cheese on a fine grater, chopped the garlic, and finely chopped the parsley. I also added a little sausage (as recommended by the author), which I cut into small cubes. I combined all the ingredients, added mayonnaise, and mixed. I put the filling on slices of loaf and baked it in the oven at 180° for 15 minutes. Crispy loaf, tender and juicy filling mm...what could be tastier! Yummy, thanks to katushafin for the recipe!

I am simply delighted with such hot sandwiches! Everything is very simple and quick, it takes 10 minutes to prepare, another 10 in the oven and breakfast is ready. I add not only garlic to mayonnaise and cheese in sandwiches, but also everything that is left in the refrigerator: greens, sausage, peppers or olives. According to taste and mood!
