    Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. If you want the salad to be less watery, you can remove the core and seeds. If you have cherry tomatoes, cut them into halves. Today I prepared a salad with tomatoes and vegetable oil for lunch. My mother used to cook this, I remember its taste from childhood. Of course, now, in winter, there is no fresh greenery yet. But I had parsley and frozen dill. I replaced the green onions with onions. I cut the tomatoes into slices, the onion into half rings, finely chopped parsley and a clove of garlic. I combined everything in a plate, salted it, added unrefined oil. The salad came out bright and aromatic for summer! And, importantly, useful! My husband appreciated the salad by eating it clean! My favorite summer salad. But I make it without cheese. If I’m lucky and buy sweet tomatoes, I can eat this salad several times a day. :)
