STEP 1

How to make a salad with tomatoes and vegetable oil? Very simple and fast! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any tomatoes - regular or cherry. You can supplement or replace the vegetable part to your taste. You can also supplement the salad with croutons, mozzarella or other soft cheese. Any vegetable oil will do, preferably fragrant, unrefined. I have sunflower.
STEP 2

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. If you want the salad to be less watery, you can remove the core and seeds. If you have cherry tomatoes, cut them into halves. Tomatoes need to be juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
STEP 3

Wash the dill and parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, cilantro, mint, spinach, wild garlic, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 4

Wash and dry the green onion feathers. Cut green onions into rings. You can cut along with the white lower part of the feather or only the green stems. If you don’t like the too pungent taste of onions, you can replace them with green cherry - they have a similar taste to onions, but softer.
STEP 5

In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, green onions, dill and parsley, and pressed garlic.
STEP 6

Season the salad with salt, pepper, season with vegetable oil and mix. Serve the salad immediately. Bon appetit!
