STEP 1

How to make a salad with smoked sausage and carrots? Prepare the products according to the list. The carrots are taken fresh, these are about two medium-sized carrots. Carrots should be tasty and juicy. Canned corn, by weight it turns out to be half a can weighing 425 grams (weight including liquid). The sausage is smoked, you can use half-smoked sausage or chicken. I use one clove of garlic, but you can add a little more. You don't need to add salt.
STEP 2

Rinse fresh ripe carrots under running water and peel. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Place chopped carrots in the salad bowl of your choice.
STEP 3

Remove the smoked sausage from the packaging, remove the film and cut into cubes. Add to the salad bowl with the carrots.
STEP 4

Carefully open the can of canned corn and drain the liquid. If desired, the corn can be rinsed with cold water. Add the desired amount of corn to the salad.
STEP 5

Peel the garlic and pass through a press, add to mayonnaise. There is already salt in the mayonnaise and, to my taste, the salad does not need additional salt, but if you think there is not enough salt, then add salt to taste. Season the salad with garlic mayonnaise and stir.
STEP 6

Cool the salad before serving and it is ready to serve. A versatile, delicious salad that goes well with many dishes.
