Salad with peaches

STEP 1

How to make a salad with peaches? Prepare your ingredients. Pre-boil the fillet and cool. You don't have to add bacon. Take canned peaches.
STEP 2

Boil the chicken fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Place it in boiling salted water and add salt. Cook the fillets over medium heat until tender, 30-40 minutes, depending on size. Cool it completely and cut into long cubes. Remove the peaches from the syrup, dry and cut into cubes.
STEP 3

Grate the cheese on a Korean grater (or a regular coarse one). Choose high-quality, tasty cheese without dairy fat substitutes. Hard or semi-hard varieties are better; they will be easier to grate.
STEP 4

Cut the bacon into pieces and fry for 1 tsp. olive oil for about 4 minutes, until crispy. To remove excess fat from cooked bacon, place it on paper napkins.
STEP 5

Assemble the salad. Place the chicken in the first layer on the dish.
STEP 6

Top the chicken with crispy fried bacon.
STEP 7

The next layer is peaches.
STEP 8

The final layer is grated cheese.
STEP 9

Top the salad with mayonnaise.
STEP 10

And sprinkle with poppy seeds. Place the salad in the refrigerator for an hour to soak. Then serve. Bon appetit!
