STEP 1

How to make a salad with chicken, pineapples, walnuts and cheese? Prepare everything you need for this. As chicken meat, you can use meat from any part of the chicken. I took chicken breast fillet. Place the meat in boiling water and boil for 30 minutes. Then remove the chicken from the broth and cool completely. You can use canned pineapples. Open the jar and drain the juice from the pineapples.
STEP 2

Chop the walnuts a little with a knife and fry in a dry frying pan. Stir the nuts constantly so they don't start to burn. Fry the nuts for 3-4 minutes until a characteristic smell appears. After frying, immediately pour the nuts into a plate. If you leave them in the pan they may burn. Cool the roasted nuts.
STEP 3

Cut the cooled chicken meat into pieces.
STEP 4

To assemble the salad, take a special ring or springform baking dish. Place the form on the plate in which you plan to serve the salad. Place the chopped chicken meat on the bottom of the pan and press it down a little with your hands so that it fits more tightly. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with a small amount of mayonnaise.
STEP 5

Cut the canned pineapples into small cubes and place them in a second layer of salad, directly on top of the chicken.
STEP 6

Place the cooled walnuts in the next layer. Roasted nuts acquire such a pleasant taste and aroma that will pleasantly complement the finished salad.
STEP 7

The last layer of salad will be cheese. Grate it finely and sprinkle generously over the top of the salad. Remove the ring from the lettuce. Place the finished salad in the refrigerator to cool slightly and infuse.
