Can't you do without vinegar at all?

Overall this is a very good recipe. Without vinegar there won’t be that taste, which for me is the highlight. I can cook it every day. Thanks a lot.

The recipe is definitely very good. A tasty and healthy salad, just a godsend on cold January days, when vitamins are catastrophically low. As you know, red cabbage contains more vitamin C than lemon! Personally, I don’t take pickled peppers, but fresh ones, although one can doubt the usefulness of store-bought peppers. And I don’t add vinegar, because I don’t like the taste of vinegar in salads. Overall it turns out to be a wonderful salad.

A completely new recipe for me. I have never used pickled peppers for a salad. Very suitable as a dietary dish. Lots of vitamins, new interesting taste. I love “sourness”, everything marinated, so I’m sure I’ll really like it. I’m currently on a diet (as always) and looking for new dietary dishes. The salad turned out to be very beautiful, red. My mouth is already watering)

Yes, our young people love everything spicy, I always buy red cabbage, but I’ve never cooked with pickled peppers either, maybe it’s tastier this way, but I’ll definitely replace the vinegar with lemon juice, nothing will change from this, and there will be more benefits . I wonder if we have pickled peppers in our stores, I’ll have to take a closer look, which is what I’ll do. Well, if I don’t find it, I’ll just marinate a fresh one in the same lemon juice. And that’s the salad. what do you need))))

This will increase the usefulness of this salad many times over. It generally has only one plus: it’s easy to prepare, can be made in winter, provides vitamins to the body They will replenish wonderfully, if of course you eat it regularly. I highly recommend it.
