STEP 1
Let's prepare the products. It is better to take the breast chilled, it will turn out both tastier and softer. You can take any pineapple, canned in rings or pieces. If fresh, then very ripe. The sweetness of the pineapple is one of the special features of the dish. Take your favorite cheese - first of all, it should be tasty. You can use homemade mayonnaise.
STEP 2
The first step is to boil the breast. To do this, boil water and put the chicken in boiling water. This is done so that all the juices remain inside the meat and do not go into the broth, as happens during cooking in cold water. Cook the breast for 30 minutes. Add salt during the process. Then take it out and cool it.
STEP 3
Boil hard-boiled eggs. Place the bowl with the eggs on the fire, wait until it boils and cook for 10 minutes. Leave to cool in the same water. Cooked this way, the eggs will remain soft, but well cooked.
STEP 4
We cut the completely cooled breast, first into longitudinal pieces, then into strips, then into cubes.
STEP 5
Cut the eggs into cubes or just finely chop them.
STEP 6
Slice the pineapples. Try to ensure that all salad components are cut into approximately equal pieces. It will not only be beautiful, but also delicious. That's why we have diced pineapple.
STEP 7
Walnuts must first be sorted well so that shells and partitions do not come across. Then we chop them with a knife.
STEP 8
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 9
Place all salad ingredients in one bowl.
STEP 10
Stir and taste for salt. If necessary, add salt. Just remember that there will still be salty mayonnaise.
STEP 11
Dress the salad right before serving. Salads with mayonnaise spoil quickly; it is better not to store them.
STEP 12
To decorate the salad in the form of a Christmas ball, take dill, pomegranate seeds and corn. Place the salad in a heap on a plate. Lightly coat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Lay out a pattern of grains. This will be easier to do if you first draw it with thin strips of mayonnaise. Make the base of the ball from foil and dill. Ready! Bon appetit!
