A simple and delicious carrot-apple-cheese salad can be quickly prepared for dinner or for the arrival of unexpected guests. For my salad I used sweet carrots, sweet and sour apple and Maasdam cheese. I grated all this on a coarse grater and it turned out to be a very harmonious mixture). I decided to top it with thick sour cream. Added fresh, aromatic garlic and stirred. I didn’t even expect that I would like this combination of products so much. Cheese and garlic pleasantly complement the sweet taste of apple and carrots. Try cooking for a change in your diet!
