I’ve been wanting to make a rollton salad with sausage for a long time, and now I’ve found the recipe. It turned out that it was very easy and quick to do. An excellent option for meeting unexpected guests. Moreover, you get a lot of salad! I took boiled baby sausage without spices. I cut it into cubes and also chopped boiled eggs and cucumbers. The rough skin of the cucumbers was removed in some places. I broke the instant noodles into small pieces and did not add any seasoning. I decided to top it with sour cream instead of mayonnaise. The dry noodles absorbed the excess moisture from the sour cream and turned out perfect. Since I had sausage and the rest of the ingredients were neutral in taste, I generously salted and peppered the salad. We liked this salad, it is very tasty, juicy and filling! The noodles have a bit of a crunch, but otherwise the salad is tender. And the taste can be changed using different sausages and spices. Thank you very much for the recipe! I recommend!
