STEP 1
How to make a rollton salad with sausage? Prepare your food. Take any noodles that are sold in small bags. You only need the noodles themselves; oil and spices do not go into the salad. Boil the eggs first. Place the corn in a sieve to drain excess liquid.
STEP 2
Cut the sausage into small cubes. When slicing, take into account the size of the corn grains - this will make the salad look neater and more appetizing. In addition to boiled, any smoked sausage or ham will do.
STEP 3
Wash the cucumber and dry it. Also cut it into small cubes, cutting off the ends. Be sure to try to see if the cucumber is bitter - such a fruit will ruin the whole dish.
STEP 4
How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the cooled eggs and chop them as you did the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 5
Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl and add the corn there.
STEP 6
Finely break the noodle briquette into a salad bowl. Stir. Season the rollton noodle salad with mayonnaise or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. You can immediately serve the salad to the table - then the rollton will remain crispy, like chips or croutons. Or wait and serve later - the noodles will soften, giving the salad an interesting taste.
