Since childhood, I remember how laughter always sounded in my grandmother’s kitchen, and the air was filled with the aromas of fresh baked goods and homemade jam. Family gatherings around the table have become the foundation of my culinary journey. While traveling, I discovered the cuisines of different peoples - their traditions and recipes still inspire me. Every time I create a new dish, I strive to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. My goal is to convey this passion by making cooking simple and joyful so that everyone has the opportunity to create their own family stories at the dinner table.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland.
