I found 500 g of minced meat in the freezer and prepared rice with minced meat in a slow cooker according to this recipe. I’ve never cooked like this before, I’ve made rice with meat, rice with vegetables, pilaf, and I often use minced meat to make cutlets or meatballs. A very interesting recipe. It's absolutely easy to prepare. I fried the vegetables in oil in a slow cooker, added tomato paste, then minced meat. I chose ground pork for this dish. I simmered for about 15 minutes. Then I added rice, added spices as recommended by the author - paprika, salt, pepper and suneli hops. I poured water and cooked in the “pilaf” mode for 22 minutes. I have a Redmond multicooker. I mixed the finished dish in the multicooker bowl and divided it into portions. 1.5 cups of rice yielded 6-8 servings. The rice with minced meat came out very aromatic due to the spices. The cereal turned out crumbly and soft. The dish is quite filling and light. The dinner was a great success! Thanks to the author!
