    STEP 1

How to make Red Sea salad with crab sticks, tomatoes and peppers? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Rinse vegetables - tomatoes and bell peppers well in running water to remove dirt. Then dry with a towel. You can use any cheese for the salad. The main thing is that it can be easily grated.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Remove crab sticks from packages. Cut each crab stick lengthwise into 3-4 strips, then finely slice crosswise.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

We will lay out the salad in layers. To do this, you need a special salad ring or an ordinary springform cake pan. Place the form immediately on the plate on which you will serve the salad. Place the first layer of chopped crab sticks on the bottom of the springform pan. Press the layer of crab sticks a little with your hand so that they fit more tightly. Separately mix chopped garlic with mayonnaise. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with the resulting sauce.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Cut the bell pepper into two parts and remove the core. Then finely chop the pepper.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place the chopped bell pepper in the next layer, pressing it down a little.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place 2/3 of the total amount in the ring as a third layer.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the stem. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. To prevent tomatoes from leaking in a salad, remove the juicy core.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the chopped tomatoes in the next layer.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the top of the salad and remove the ring from it. Red Sea salad is ready! Cool it slightly before serving and garnish it a little to your liking. You can use vegetables and fresh herbs for decoration.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

The finished salad is light and very tasty. And the aroma of garlic pleasantly complements all components. Bon appetit!

I made this salad for dinner. Indeed, preparing it is simple and quick. The color scheme immediately catches the eye and looks beautiful. All ingredients go well together. Bell peppers provide a strong flavor and freshness. I cut out the seed centers of the tomatoes so that the salad would not drip. We ate it all at once, didn’t even have time to soak it in. Great recipe!
