Cooking time: 15 mins
STEP 1
First, wash all the vegetables and herbs. Slice the cabbage thinly. Grind with 0.5 tsp. sugar and 0.5 tsp. salt.
STEP 2
Thinly slice the cucumber. Mine was 10-15 cm long.
STEP 3
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
STEP 4
Cut the tomato into large slices.
STEP 5
Add finely chopped greens.
STEP 6
Strain 2 tablespoons from the liquid. canned green peas and add to vegetables.
STEP 7
Pour in the remaining 0.5 tsp. salt, pour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Stir. Transfer to a salad bowl or arrange in portions. Serve with meat dishes.
