Red bean lobio

A traditional Georgian dish with notes of coriander! Translated from Georgian, lobio means “bean”. I read the recipe and immediately decided to make beans. My family loves it when I spoil them with new dishes. True, I added a little of my own. When I cooked the beans, I added delicious salt and vegetables. But I didn’t add bay leaf. I don't like it in dishes. I added all the other ingredients according to the recipe, but without frying, because I made a stew and served the beans as a side dish. Of course everyone liked the beans.

OOOO!!! This is our favorite dish! Only they always prepared it simpler - cooked beans were fried with a huge amount of onions without any seasonings! And they ate it both hot and cold! !

The lobio turned out very tasty, I made some changes. I didn’t add cilantro. But I added enough freshly ground coriander. Khmeli Suneli and Utskho Suneli. And also some walnuts, what flavors were there!!!! Cool recipe, thanks to the author!!!
