Keep in mind that different manufacturers of sour cream with the same fat content may have different moisture content, so you may need more or less flour. Take the highest grade flour. You need large, choice eggs. Sour cream and eggs should be at room temperature, so take them out of the refrigerator in advance.

I made a raisin pie in the oven. Mixed all the ingredients for the dough. I usually pour boiling water over the raisins for a couple of minutes and sprinkle with flour so that they are evenly distributed in the dough. Mix everything and put it in the oven. The pie turns out very airy and delicious!
